About Pauper Commander
Pauper Commander is a variant of the Commander format where your commander must be an uncommon creature or vehicle, and the rest of your deck can only contain common cards (plus basic lands).
Key Rules:
- 100 card singleton deck
- Commander must be an uncommon creature or vehicle
- All other cards must be common rarity (except basic lands)
- Same color identity rules as regular Commander
- Commander damage is 16 (instead of 21)
